Behind The Curtain

On Sunday I was invited to the closing of the spectacular dance performance, The Death of Snow White by Naupaca Dance Factory at MCC. I was escorted backstage before the show by the accomplished Production & Costume Designer Luke Azzopardi and watched the dedicated and talented dancers rehearse over and over again. I made my way to the dancer’s quarters, where they were getting all prepped and glamorized for the big finale of shows. The excitement and anticipation they were feeling could be sensed backstage, it’s such a rush I secretly wished to be part of it at that point.

I also took the opportunity (of course) to have another good look at the incredible costumes and props;

 The choreography of the dancers left me in awe; they drew me in and fascinated me how everything came together beautifully with the costumes, music, choreography and the commitment of the whole team which delivered such a great well rounded performance.  Not that I expected any less, since earlier this month I was also invited to the Press Preview (click here) but this is something much bigger than I had seen in those 20 mins of the show. Whoever couldn't make it missed out, big time!

Well done to everyone involved & keep up the excellent work!

I am eager to see what impressive show they come up with next year.

Love & Fashion,
