Passionate Fashionista

Anna Dell Russo is one hell of a lady with so many titles to her name, which she carries fashionably must I add. She is the editor at large and creative consultant at Vogue Japan and a Fashionista at large. Helmut Newton describes her as a fashion maniac and an avid collector of fashion & jewellery. She spent 18years at Conde Nast Italia starting as a fashion editor of L’Uome Vogue from 2000-2006.

Anna is someone who stays true to her bold and extravagant style, she is one of a few that can carry such elaborate outfits. Like me she has a love for London’s Milliner Extraordinaire Philip Treacy, his hats are a work of art, with so much detail and impeccable style. (His hats are on my wish list…one day, one day :) )

I cannot forget to mention Anna’s outfits which stop traffic every event she attends. She wore the Moschino Matador ensemble to a party for Albertino & Jovanotti Costume National, the beautiful detailed Michael Jackson tribute Balmain jacket and the voluminous YSL puff of white ostrich feathers and embellished cat eye glasses whilst attending the Marc Jacobs FW 2012 show.

Anna Dell Russo keeps on surprising us with her bold outfits, she inspires many fashionistas and we all can relate to her in our everyday lives. Always remember to be bold, never be afraid to stay true to your individuality and express yourself through fashion and art.
