Empire State of Mind

Here are some photos I shot in New York. I hadn't been to the city in a couple years and it was pretty great to be there for five days and live with my friend and see the city as a native rather than someone just spending time in a hotel. Even though it was roughly 9 degrees fahrenheit the entire time I was there, I still loved the trip. That being said, I definitely have a new found appreciation for Los Angeles' green grass, open streets and full size houses. I wore this outfit on one of the days it wasn't as cold, and by that I mean it was warmer than 20 degrees. I bought this coat from an estate sale in Hollywood and absolutely love wearing fringe now because of it.
